Rules and Regulations of a Mass Event Organized at the Sports Arena of the Jacob of Paradies University
in Gorzów Wielkopolski at ul. Chopina 52
during Energa Basket Liga Kobiet games

from September 2019 to May 2020

The Sports Arena is a didactic and sports facility administered by the Jacob of Paradies University in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

1. The following persons may attend sports events organized by AZS AJP in Gorzów Wielkopolski: holders of an entry ticket, a season ticket or an invitation issued by the organizer; representatives of government services and medical services authorized to carry out checking operations, who hold a valid employer-issued identification card, upon consultation with the organizer's representative.
2. Mass event participants must behave in a way that does not affect the safety of other people.
3. Event participants must strictly follow the instructions and orders given by security services and the organizers.
4. Security services and organizers shall ensure the safety of event participants.
5. It is forbidden to bring beverages and/or food into the sports arena.
6. It is forbidden to bring in alcoholic beverages and/or narcotic drugs.
7. It is forbidden to possess and/or bring in any explosives or other objects and equipment that may pose a threat to the safety of event participants.
8. Any objects not allowed by security services or information services at the entry into the mass event venue shall be deposited against a receipt.
9. Event participants must strictly observe these rules and regulations.
10. Event participants must strictly follow the instructions and orders given by security services and the organizers.
11. Moreover, it is forbidden to:
12. enter the areas that are not intended for event participants;
13. throw objects of any kind;
14. carry out sales, advertising, canvassing or fundraising activities without the organizer's consent.
15. Persons who fail to follow these rules and regulations or fail to follow the orders given by security services and organizers commit a felony or an offence. Such persons shall be transferred to the police and criminal proceedings shall be initiated.
16. In the event of disputable issues not regulated by these rules and regulations, decisions are made by the organizer.
